Looking for young Chinese female HR URGENT! (Shanghai)


Etrilum is a China based OEM manufacturer of energy-efficient lighting for overseas brands and distributors. • Recruiting – work closely with different department to plan hiring under annual HR budgeting and adjust according to company’s developing needs; lead the whole recruitment process
• Optimizing HR database – Modify JD, Screen Resume, Arrange Interviews, Record Interview results, File related documents
• Training – In charge of the internal training program for employees and establish a reasonable training system
• Performance – Establish and implement of performance evaluations and career development meetings
• Employee Relationship – Maintain positive employee relations to create an exceptional work environment and spread company culture
• Compensation and Benefits – Design Company’s salary structure, manage benefit programs & annual bonus
• Other General HR issues
• Chinese nationality, A college’s degree or above
• Excellent communication skills, Good English and Chinese language skills
• A minimum of 2 years experience in the human resources
• Hardworking and able to work under pressure
• Open minded, Result oriented, Challenge driven
• Ability and desire to think creatively in solving problems
• Attention to detail, Accountability, responsibility
