Office Manager for Recruitment firm (Shanghai)
We are looking for a Office Manager to join our team!
Grow HR are human resource consulting firm specialising in recruitment in East Asia, mainly China. We work with SMEs and Multinationals and help them with finding qualified and motivated people to grow and run their companies. The clients we serve are global top ones within the industry, especially from Europe and US, such as OTTO, IKEA, H&M, Zara, Dior, Dell, Nike, Apple among others.
The main responsibilities for the Office Manager is to ensure and develop office operations and secure team competence balance and well being.
You will also be in charge of internal recruitment and for preparing all financial reports as well as marketing activities.
Crucial for the position as Office Manager is to act as a good role model and work to build a top motivated team.
We are looking for candidates who are self motived, can take and drive own initiatives and have great communications skills and and high integrity.
