Potentialpark is looking for a Project Management Intern who is keen on building new relationships with universities and student organizations worldwide.
We help globally operating companies with research in the field of employer branding, online recruiting and talent communication. Our goal is to improve the communication between talent and employers - always based on the preferences of candidates and the needs of global companies.

The Project Management internship is more than an internship. It is a chance to take part in projects within the online talent communication field and develop a wide range of skills. You will work closely together with our Business Operations Manager.
You will support in setting up the field period of our yearly Online Talent Communication Study, and gain both practice and knowledge of account management, project planning and administration. This is a career related survey on students and graduates around the globe.
Protected content the first months of your internship you will contribute in planning and organizing our field period. This includes, among others, developing new partnerships, account management, market research, writing communication materials, updating databases. During the field period in fall, you will focus on promoting our study to our university network.
We are looking for independent and driven people who see themselves as future experts in within Online Talent Communication (OTaC).
We expect you to be fluent in English (both written and spoken), and 1 additional language.
You are organized and able to prioritize and track tasks.
It would be nice if you have gathered first experience in account management
You know the world of students and graduates and have an idea of what makes a global employer attractive and successful at communicating with candidates.
You are at ease using Microsoft Office tools such as Excel and PowerPoint.
First experience with SalesForce, Adobe InDesign/Adobe PhotoShop would be a nice advantage.
A start-up mentality in a flat organization sounds like the perfect work environment for you.
You are not afraid to pick up responsibilities that go beyond your direct background and experiences.
