Administrative procedure help (Thessaloniki)

We are a french family arrived in Thessalonoki 2 weeks ago with 2 kids, 8 and Protected content old. We just found the house for rent this morning in Melissochori. We are lost to found the tax center where to get our AFM for sign the contract, open a bank account and so, can anyone tell me where is the tax center for this town? As well, where can we found electricity, water and internet company and what are the papers needed and fees please? thank you for your help. Nathalie
