Customer Shuttle Team Member — Zürich Switzerland (m/f)
JetSmarter is seeking 2 EXPERIENCED Customer Service Team Member with exceptional communication skills to deliver a white glove service to our members. Ideal candidates will have experience in dealing with high volume bookings and the ability to courteously manage difficult customer situations. The positions are full-time, based in Zurich, Switzerland.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Coordinate charter bookings & take care of incoming flight requests
Communicate with Operators
Maintain existing customer relationships
Assist clients with their travel details
Manage new customer relationships
Heavy email interaction
Minimum Protected content experience in Luxury Customer Service
Outstanding communication skills
Highly organized, stress resistant, ability to cope with high pressure.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Knowledge of private jet charter, high end product sales and/or concierge services is a big plus
Language Skills: fluent in English, additional foreign languages are a plus; German, French, Italian, Russian.
