They support the departments at the customer in the Human Capital Management in analysis, modeling and optimization of business processes and are responsible for the technical implementation. Your duties will include the analysis of the business requirements of departments, preparation of business and technical concepts and the implementation of the strategies, primarily in the SAP environment.

Several years of experience in designing and customizing of SAP ERP HCM in Switzerland is a prerequisite for this demanding job
