Albatross Global Solutions is currently hiring Shop Performance Evaluators (aka Mystery Shoppers) to evaluate the customer service of Luxury and Premium brands in Zurich.
As a Shop Performance Evaluator, your role would be to pretend to be looking for a product and to let a Salesperson help you. All you have to do is to act naturally. As a potential customer, you might have expectations and our goal is to check if they are met. Within 24 hours, you will complete an online report to share your impressions about your visit.
Each visit is of course paid. You can perform the visit(s) anytime during your free time.
