Hi all...I'm considering a position at a hospital that is currently being built in AD. Wondering if there is anyone out there who knows how the job of a hospital pharmacist is viewed as part of the healthcare team? In the US we are very much a part of the hospital team and involved in patient care. It takes many years of college and is a pretty great job here in the states...making pretty good money. I know in other parts of the world this is not necessarily the case however.
Not only am I wondering about the pharmacists job/role, but also if anyone knows of average pay for pharmacists in hospital setting in AD?
