Yoga Workshop with Sarah Ege: Mula Bandha - Pelvic Floor
Mula Bandha is the "Root Lock" of yoga, and essential not only for a good practice, but also for a great body!
This three hour long workshop is awaiting you and during which you will explore the secrets of the pelvic floor in theory, but mainly in action!
A well-trained pelvic floor can lead to a better body posture and truly increase your sensuality! Different exercises will invite you to curiously explore the larger area of your pelvis, and further muscle groups that are involved there.
The small group will enable you to individually train and discreetly explore this underestimated region of your body!
Sara is working with all participants in three layers during theory and practice: each step will be explored in detail. She offers different exercises, positions and pictures to test different approaches, as its been known that literally every-body has its own approach to the goal of Mula Bandha.
This workshop will be held bilingual (german and english).
