TV on the Radio‘s career will soon be 25 years old, yet their music seems to follow a timeless path. Perhaps this is due to the eclecticism of their music, which moves from rock to free-jazz with forays into electro, hip-hop, soul and afrobeat in a controlled whirlwind of inspirations. The New York band – rare to see live – have established themselves as an avant-garde group, proudly displaying their offbeat creativity and winning critical acclaim in the process.
