Easy Walk and BBQ Dinner in Neighboring Countryside!

Join us for an easy walk in the French countryside, followed by a BBQ dinner. We will walk for approximately 2 hours through the forests and fields of Ornex. This is an easy flat walk. Afterwards, similar to previous times, our consul and guide, Tor Bothner, is generously inviting us to a get together BBQ in his garden.

Tor will provide all the food and drinks, so you don’t need to bring anything. A contribution of 20 CHF per person to be paid in cash to the host for related costs of food and drinks (please bring change). After dinner, there will be music and dancing (salsa etc) inside for those interested.

Return home will be from the same bus stop. Return busses are every 30 minutes, the last bus leaves at 00:30.
For those coming by car, there is plenty of parking.

P.S. this walk is subject to weather. Wear good grip walking shoes, suitable comfortable clothes, bring a hat, umbrella and plenty of water. Remember to bring your ID/passport as we will be crossing the border.

Number of participants is limited, register only if you are sure you will attend, cancel your registration if you change your mind. Last minute cancellations and no shows are offensive. Looking forward to enjoying the evening with likeminded participants.
