Open your hips with yoga and feel free
"The asana/posture that you do not like is the one you need the most".
Most of us do not like hip opening postures, yet our bodies crave them and often feel lighter and more open after hip opening practice. This is because the majority of us sit for most of our days, shortening the hip flexors and tightening the hip rotators.
Yogic tradition holds the hips as a storage ground for negative feelings and pent-up emotions, especially ones related to control in our lives. For this reason hip openers can also create space for the birth of new ideas and new pathways. Opening the hips gives us access to freedom in the body and in our own unique expression - creatively, physically and spiritually.
75 minutes practice in English will be concluded with meditation.
This is yoga that makes you feel good, because you need it.
