Yoga Nidra - relaxing Full Moon practice
November 7th, with the Full moon in the sky, let's practice Yoga Nidra - guided practice of deep mental, emotional, physical and conscious relaxation, known as “psychic sleep” or "yogic sleep". Practice of Yoga Nidra can transform your life and personality. It helps one to get into the depths of consciousness and reach and eliminate complexes, vices, fears and tensions that block one’s true nature.
The best time to practice Yoga Nidra is Full or Young Moon. Yoga Nidra restores inner balance, relaxes, strengthens memory, opens up creative abilities and influences positive changes.
