✨ What to Expect?
🌿 Silent Walk (First Part): As we begin, we will walk in silence, allowing ourselves to be fully present—feeling the ground beneath our feet, noticing the movement of the trees, the crispness of the air, and the sounds of nature. This is a moment to slow down, breathe, and reconnect with the natural world.
Midway, we will take a break to chat and share our experiences, creating a space for meaningful connections.
🌊 Beach Meditation (End of the Walk): We will arrive in Hermance at the lake, where we will sit on the beach for a short guided meditation, letting the rhythmic sound of the waves bring us into a state of deep relaxation and clarity.
đź‘• Dress warmly according to the weather, as we will spend time outdoors.
🪑 Bring something to sit on for the meditation at the beach (a small blanket, mat, or cushion).
đźš¶ Distance & Duration: The walk from Corsier to Hermance is about 5 km and will take approximately 1 to 1.5 hours at a relaxed pace.
This is an opportunity to take a break, breathe deeply, and enjoy the simplicity of the present moment in a beautiful setting.
