Release & Rebalance : Somatic Movement & Breathwork Workshop
Step out of mental overdrive and return to your body.
This guided Somatic Movement and Breath session is designed to help you release accumulated stress and gently reset your nervous system in a safe and grounded way.
In daily life, we often carry subtle but constant tension. The hips, pelvis, diaphragm, and lower back are deeply connected to our stress response. Through slow targeted movements, breath-guided sequences, and gentle somatic practices, we allow the body to soften protective tension and restore inner balance.
During this session, you will be invited to:
• release deep muscular guarding in the hips and lower body
• regulate your nervous system through conscious breathing
• improve mobility while increasing stability
• reconnect with your body in a calm and grounded way
• complete stress cycles that daily life often interrupts
No prior experience is required. All movements are gentle, optional, and adaptable to your own rhythm.
For your comfort, please bring warm socks, comfortable clothes, and a water bottle.
