Understanding A to D Personality Characters
Each person is a unique combination of four personality characters.
Over the centuries, these basic categories have gone by several names and designations, but for our purposes, they are known as the director, the socializer, the thinker, and the supporter.
As shorthand, though, we refer to those personality types as A, B, C, and D, respectively. Learning how to identify people by personality type can bring a higher level of understanding to interpersonal relationships.
Knowing the four main personality types is very useful when dealing with other people. If you can quickly understand how they tick, then you can build rapport more quickly and create a deeper connection.
We’ll cover the positive and negative traits of each of these four main personality types. Surely it will interest you to see which one you fit in to also will reveal the one that most closely matches your personality.
After a brief description about the four personality types the group will be splitted into two breakout rooms according to the participant's personality types then we will move back to the main room where we will have time for Q&A.
Hosting Wessam E, who will share with us her career experience that has taken her through 23 years of innovation and business leadership.
