Spontaneously to Lamsenjoch - Last Chance to Go to Eng by Bus

Summer has ended, the higher mountains are covered with snow already. Nonetheless, this is especially nice to see and this weekend is the last one with a bus connection to my favourite Riss-Valley. The weather forecast is nice and, some of the huts are still open!

So I would like to invite some of you to Lamsenjoch and/or Binsalm. The ascend to the hut at Binsalm is not that difficult, but keep in mind to have warm clothes with you and to wear reasonable shoes, e.g. hiking boots or good winter shoes, it might be slippery. We want to go further and can probably ascend to Lamsensjoch (west), also not difficult at normal conditions and it offers a view across the ridge, or we can even cross to Lamsenhütte, which is probably also still open. Anyway, we will have a break at Binsalm at our way back.

If you have a ticket valid for regional trains and busses in Germany, this will be also valid to our bus stop in Austria.

We will meet at München Hauptbahnhof, track 32, north wing of the station, at 07: 45 and take the train at 08:02 to Lenggries, where we will change to a bus. You will be back in München at 21:00 or earlier.
