After Work Yoga-Hike
Let´s do it again and set the right tone for September with a relaxing after-work trip into nature.
We will leave the city behind, switch of our minds and get some great new energy!
Through a beautiful, easy hike, a gentle Yoga & Meditation session on top of the mountain, and a fun descent with the toboggan run (Sommerrodelbahn).

18:22 Arrival at Schliersee Bahnhof and hike up to Schliersbergalm (approx. 1 hour, meters in hight: 270m (uphill))
19:30 Meditation & Yoga session with a view of Schliersee (approx. 45 min)
20:30 Dinner / relaxation time (food & drinks available at own cost)
21:15 Descent - hiking or driving down with the Sommerrodelbahn
21: Protected content Train back to Munich Hbf from Schliersee Bahnhof
23:00 Going home with a smile on our faces :)

Physical condition for 1 hour hike, no Yoga expertise needed
WHAT TO BRING
-Trekking or sports shoes (the track is easy to walk)
-Small backpack or anything you`d like to bring (water, sunglasses, camera, rain jacket etc.)
-Warm clothing (it gets colder in the evening)
-Towel or light Yogamat for the Yoga session
Everyone pays for their own expenses.
Transportation: 15€ individual day ticket or group ticket Protected content (costs 35€ and can be shared between 3 up to 5 people).
Food & drinks: Depending on your consumption.
