Walking like a small family

After some breathing, stretching and talking exercises we will start to walk along to the south at the Isar. Switch with active runs, as long as you feel save and good.
As a professional meditation coach I will propose to each of you your own well-feeling corporal exercises.
I also have prepared some exercises for increasing body awareness, coordination and cardio.
You can keep up with what I propose, as much as you can. Please feel free to train your own exercises nearby.
We will turn back to our starting point by walking, running, chatting and admire all the parties at the Isar. We could join some of them, people are in a good mood, happy and welcoming new friends. Like in a small family.
You will need appropriate shoes and clothes if you want to be a little sportive.
