Lead the Change: Harvard's Free "Exercising Leadership" Sprint
Dear entrepreneurship enthusiasts,
As we face rapid disruptions from AI, geopolitical shifts, and changing markets, sharp leadership skills are more critical than ever. To help us adapt, Harvard University is offering a rare opportunity: limited free access to its premier course, "Exercising Leadership: Foundational Principles."
I am forming a small group to tackle this 4-week sprint together.
This course will help us gain a high-level perspective to unbundle complex challenges, leverage formal or informal authority, orchestrate healthy conflict, and build bulletproof trust relationships.
Why it is attractive:
• Low Commitment: Only 2–3 hours weekly.
• Personal Support: Via WhatsApp conversations.
• Clear Deadline: Finished by July 16th.
The Roadmap
• Kick-off: This Saturday, 16:00 @ Ruby Claire (1-hour coffee).
• The Sprint: 4 weeks of self-paced study.
• WhatsApp Chat: Weekly group support if needed.
• Closing Session: July 16th @ 18:30 @ Ruby Claire (1-hour coffee).
