Hi everyone,

I wanted to share a concert happening this Sunday in Geneva that may be of interest to those in the group.

It features Ensemble Chakâm (Iran/France), with music that blends Persian, Arab and Baroque traditions in a really beautiful and engaging way. The evening is hosted by the Artistic Freedom Initiative (AFI) — an organization I helped found — and is connected to broader efforts supporting artists who have had to leave their home countries and continue their work in exile.

If anyone is looking for something cultural this weekend, it should be a really special performance. Proceeds from the evening will go toward supporting the relocation of Iranian artists at risk.
