Lunch at Casper Plautz is a must for potato lovers.
Dominik and Theo have been running a market stall with a small snack bar in the heart of Munich's Viktualienmarkt since November Protected content , where they try to present the potato in a regional, seasonal, sustainable, modern but also classic and above all delicious way and make it palatable to their customers. It is a place with atmosphere, between earthy potatoes, the clatter of enamel plates with delicious potato dishes and the hustle and bustle of the Viktualienmarkt.
