Culinary Event: From the Garden to the Jar (in German)

Let's preserve the culinary diversity of the summer.
The abundance of summer harvests gives rise to many methods and possibilities for preserving local vegetables, fruit and wild herbs.
After a guided tour and a small joint harvest in the permaculture garden, vegetables, wild herbs, flowers and fruit will be processed and preserved in the Long House, Nantesbuch – to be enjoyed on site or taken home.
We will end the summer evening together at the 50/50 bar.
Please bring gloves and secateurs and wear sturdy shoes.
An inexpensive transfer service is available for this event.
From Munich (Aidenbachstr./at Gmunder Str. Protected content 12.30 p.m. and back at 19:30 Uhr for €10.
