Conversation Exchange: Español-Deutsch-(English)
Dear InterNations members,
I am trying to create a regular event, for a Español-Deutsch-(English) language exchange on Sunday's afternoon.
The time would be 14: Protected content which is perfect for a "~ Cafe con leche ~".
The dynamics of this stammtisch are very simple: You just find a sub-group of people to talk, depending on what you want to practice (Spanish or German). Conversations come spontaneously typically asking people about their work, hobbies, etc. When a group have practiced a given language for some time, someone can propose to switch languages. And you can move from one group to another at any point after finishing a conversation.
English is a support language, that you can use when there is no other way, but the goal here is to speak either in Spanish or German.
This coffee place (San Francisco Coffee Company) is quite roomy, so there is usually space for everybody. We typically sit on some high round tables, or on the sofa by the corner. You can go grep so high chairs from the front of the coffee place to sit on the high round tables at the bottom. Or you can just find a bunch of people and sit somewhere else.
There is no mandatory consumption but of course it would be Etikkete to but something, they have actually a nice assortment of coffees, cakes, and smoothies.
Looking forward to seeing many of you.
Sorry, but you are not allowed to join this Activity Group!
We are afraid that you cannot join, because the Group Consuls have limited access to this Activity Group.
