Freestyle meditation to find your own rhythm and whatever suits you in the moment.
Walking or standing meditation is a great way to practice presence and awareness in everyday life.
We will walk along the path next to the river in silence and appreciate the morning calm and nature. The meditation will take place independent of the weather. Make sure to wear adequate clothes as you might also like to sit down or stand still for a while without getting cold.
Please make sure to be punctual as we will leave the bridge and start walking at 8:00 am.
After the meditation, we can also go to have breakfast together.
