Ready to Join?

Dear friends,

let's get together and practise mindfulness!

As I have many years of experience in meditation and mindfulness, I would like to guide you with some simple but effective exercises to become more present and aware in your daily life. No previous experience needed!

Starting with "Mindful Eating", we will meet at a small vegan restaurant and share our experience.

As it is a rather small place, please be considerate and only sign up if you are really sure to come. Don't cancel last minute please, there is limited space, so please give others the opportunity to join if you really cannot make it.

I have made the reservation for 10 people.

The restaurant is very easy to reach, as it is situated close to Silberhornstraße (U-Bahn U2, several busses, Tram25/15).
