Mindfulness In Motion - 45 min YOGA Flow
During times of crisis and uncertainty, it is essential to stay calm and grounded in the Mind, while remaining strong and supple in the Body. Yoga allows to release stress and unsettling emotions (in the form of dense energy) from Mind and Body. This class focuses on therapeutic Yogic movement synchronized with breath and promotes Mindfulness in every motion.
Join me for 45 Min. Yoga Tune-Up on Monday at 15:00/3 PM Munich time. This will be an engaging, dynamic and most importantly FUN Yoga class where we will dive deep into our Bodies and connect with the power of our Breath!
