Family History - Genealogy Q&A

According to USA Today genealogy is currently the second most popular hobby in the United States, after gardening.

As many of us begin to think about or have families of our own, the questions of "who am I" and "what are my roots" become even more pressing. What will we tell our children when they ask about their forefathers?

Anyone who has seen the popular TV show “Who Do You Think You Are?” might ask themselves that same question.

This group is for those who are curious about their own family tree, but don't know where to start.

* From which countries did your American ancestors immigrate, and when?

* Do you want to find out how your American ancestors helped shape the history of the USA?

* Have you already started building your family tree, but have run into a brick wall?

This group is an informal gathering of those who want to learn more about genealogy in a relaxed, low-key environment.

The meeting is of course free. No sales pitches, no judgement of those less experienced, just expert advice from more experienced genealogists.

Come join us and find out for yourself!

THIS GROUP WILL MEET ONLY IF THERE ARE A MINIMUM OF 4 PEOPLE, SO PLEASE RSVP in ADVANCE. THIS ALSO ALLOWS ME TO RESERVE A TABLE FOR US.
