We are delighted to announce that ethnocité, a start-up project based in Geneva, has secured the pioneer of EthioJazz, Mr. Mulatu Astatke, and his band for our first event on Saturday, 15 September Protected content ! Mulatu Astatke today is most known for his spell-binding soundtrack for Jim Jarmusch's Protected content classic film - Broken Flowers.

The event "An Evening with the Father of Ethio-Jazz" will be a memorable night of cultural immersion at the beautiful Théâtre du Léman at the Kempinski Hotel.

The purpose of the ethnoCITÉ project is to celebrate cultural diversity in the city of Geneva by hosting seasonal gala concerts featuring famous bands from around the world.
