Looking for a native French/Spanish speaker M/F with a very good level of English (written and oral) as a second language.
Good understanding of English is a must since the team members in this project communicate in English.
To provide Customer Care and Technical Support via calls, emails and chat for French/Spanish speaking customers.
Prerequisites: --> French/Spanish in native or fluent level to handle calls, chat and email --> English in a very good level as a second language to handle email support.is a plus --> PC and Internet knowledge. --> Technical knowledge of PC hardware is an advantage --> Advanced communications- and analytical skills and strong team spirit. --> Working hours will be M-F 8 hours per day
