3.. Finance and advisory experts in export credit (5 person months intermittent) and in EE finance (9 person months intermittent) [2 experts for a total of 14 person-months, intermittent]. The experts must be financial experts on SME and corporate finance, and possibly project finance, and have a working knowledge of, and hands-on experience in, developing energy efficiency finance product. An extensive understanding of the financial products in Indonesia's commercial banking sector and of the legal and regulatory framework in Indonesia is required. The experts will assist the international team leaders with intermittent input over the duration of the TA and, in addition, perform the following tasks:

Finance and advisory expert in EE finance (9 person months intermittent)
(i) Assist the team leaders with the review of financial, legal, and other capacity-building requirements in Indonesia Eximbank, as required.
(ii) Prepare all relevant financial, insurance, and energy efficiency training materials with the international experts.
(iii) Provide hands-on training with international experts in Jakarta and other major urban centers in Indonesia on Indonesia Eximbank products, including energy efficiency finance products.
(iv) Create an introductory presentation for major commercial banks that have signed risk-sharing agreements with Indonesia Eximbank and facilitate setting up presentations as required.
(iii) Coordinate with Indonesia Eximbank management and staff as required to facilitate the smooth implementation of the TA.
(iv) Coordinate with other ECAs in the region undertaking training in energy efficiency finance and identify opportunities for joint technical training.
(vi) Provide inputs to the inception, interim, and final reports and regular post-workshop reports to ADB and Indonesia Eximbank.
4.. Energy efficiency engineers in textiles, she manufacturing, food processing, iron and steel (total of 14 person-months, intermittent). The engineers must have extensive knowledge of the energy service companies that are established in the region and being developed in Indonesia, as well as expertise in energy efficient technologies currently available on the domestic market and their use by major industries. The experts will assist the TA team leaders and Indonesia Eximbank on an intermittent basis over the duration of the TA. In addition, the experts will perform the following tasks:
(i) Coordinate with major industry associations, energy service companies, and major equipment suppliers to facilitate technical workshops for Indonesia Eximbank staff and commercial banks that have undertaken risk-sharing agreements with Indonesia Eximbank on the technical specifications of energy efficient technologies.
(ii) Support the international engineer in analyzing the major requirements of existing and potential customers of Indonesia Eximbank for energy efficient technologies, in particular as related to draft ISO Protected content .
(iii) Assist in conducting preliminary energy audits and the review of existing energy audits available in the Directorate General of Electricity and Energy Utilization.
(iv) Provide hands-on training to enhance staff knowledge and application of energy efficient technologies.
(v) Support the development of a working agreement with Indonesia's emerging energy service companies and, as relevant, contractual consulting arrangements on behalf of Indonesia Eximbank.
(vi) Ensure the timely training of the Indonesia Eximbank advisory unit on energy efficient technologies and their application, as well as on procuring them from overseas on behalf of Indonesian exporters.
(vii) Provide inputs to the inception, interim, and final reports and regular post-workshop reports to ADB and Indonesia Eximbank.
