The duties of the position are;

- Protected content receive clients in a professional manner telephonically
- Protected content resolve queries and where necessary escalate to the relevant parties
- Protected content continuously update the client database
- Protected content ensure client satisfaction
- Protected content solve all client queries appropriately with relative solutions
Interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services and to handle and resolve complaints.
