British Training Company is looking for Trainers (Dubai)

Do you want to be your own boss, travel the world, like to speak in front of people. Are you an outgoing person with a degree in business, and are interested in becoming a corporate trainer but may not have the right experience. The Institute of Customer Management (ICM) is a London based training and consulting firm specialising in marketing, management and leadership. We provide training and consulting services to clients from around the world including Fortune Protected content FTSE 50 companies.
ICM is looking for junior trainers who will work with the lead trainers to deliver trainings, workshops and speak at conferences. Initially this is a project based post (based on projects that we secure from clients). However there is a possibility of this turning into a full time post in the future.
You will be given on the job training, including a European Professional Certification Agency (EPCA) certified train-the-trainer certification as well as other relevant certification. You will have the opportunity to be mentored by one of more lead trainers, learn about the training and consulting world, and eventually build your career as a trainer and/or consultant. Successful junior trainers will have the opportunity to develop this into a full time career and develop into a Lead Trainer.
You should have the ability to travel on short notices. Most travel will be in the middle east, Dubai & Abu Dhabi. However travel to other locations is highly likely (our recent projects have been in Malaysia, Thailand, Singapore, Pakistan, Turkey, UK, Saudi Arabia, Spain, South Africa and the US).

Applications need to have the following essential skills. Desired skills are not necessary, but will help your application.
Essential: Bachelors degree (or equivalent) in business, marketing, or related subject area from an internationally recognised university.
Desired: Masters degree (or equivalent) in business, marketing, or related subject area from an internationally recognised university. Interest in customer services, loyalty, customer experience management would be an added bonus (but not essential).
Past experience not necessary. On the job training will be provided.
Desired: Train-the-trainer or similar certification, or past teaching experience.
Essential: Excellent verbal communications skills. Ability to structure your ideas according to specific target audiences and to be able to communicate those ideas clearly. Speaking in English is essential.
You should also have good writing skills. Ability to write your ideas out in an easy to understand manner. Ability to describe complex ideas in a simple and concise manner.
Essential: Work with powerpoint, keynote or other presentation software.
Desirable: Ability to speak in front of an audience. Knowledge of Prezi or other animated presentation software. Ability to write business reports.
Essential: Ability to study new topics, and work under supervision of senior trainers to develop and find new content (including readings, videos, cases, etc).
Desirable: Ability to work independently to develop content for trainings and workshops.
