Buying Property in Dubai
I'm thinking of buying an apartment for personal use (and could be an investment for future), and checking the do's and don't's of buying properties in Dubai.
I was wondering if you can help me understand the "hidden" charges that no one tells you about when buying a property!
For example, are there any municipality fees that you have to pay on monthly or yearly basis? what are the usual charges for the facilities management company? what other hidden charges (i.e. other than the property value itself) that you will have to take care of?
