Really nice JBR studio for rent, full sea view (Dubai)

Hey everybody out there in Dubai, I want to let you know that my studio apartment is coming up for rent in April. We have a full sea view and we're on a low floor in Rimal, which is the middle of JBR.

The apartment is big, Protected content . which is bigger than most studios in Dubai, and it’s an open space, not long and thin or with any bad angles. There is a huge built-in closet with four full-length sections, full-length mirror on one of the closet doors, extra shelves inside the closets that we added, as well as an additional matching stand-alone closet for more clothes or storage.

The apartment has double doors that open up to a glass-front balcony that can accommodate a few chairs, a table and a drying rack comfortably. The view is amazing with full visibility to the center of The Walk JBR, the beach, the Palm, and the new Bluewaters development, as well as sunsets over the water. The positioning of the building is very good because the sun does not come around the other buildings until mid-afternoon, which means the apartment stays cool for most of the day until it’s time for sunset. The direct exposure to the ocean also provides much cooler temperatures than in other places in Dubai, even in places close to the water. The apartment gets a steady breeze right off of the water. You can keep the doors open and use the breeze instead of using A/C from October to April.

The kitchen is nice, bigger than most studio apartments, with lots of counter space. It accommodates a standard sized refrigerator, stove, and washing machine.

We added shelves in the bathroom to hold towels and toiletries, we’ll keep them up for you if you’d like so you don’t have to do that work again.

Rimal is a great set of buildings in JBR because it’s right in the middle of the community. When you go down to The Walk you’re in the middle of it, right in front of Roxy Cinema. The pool is just outside the building’s main entrance, Carrefour just opened right outside the building’s main entrance as well, the gym is three minutes walk, All Day Market and European Star Market are five minutes walk both open 24 hours, all inside the JBR development. The apartment get one parking spot which is downstairs and the parking space is close to the building door so you don't have to carry your groceries all over the parking garage just to get into the building.

Living in JBR is really good and this apartment makes it even better. There aren’t many studios in JBR, mostly 1/2/3 bedrooms, and this is one of the best studios in the whole community, centrally located with full sea view on a low floor. You will be very lucky and happy to live here.

We recently renegotiated our rent down and will likely be able to pass that savings on to you. The apartment will be vacant in the middle of April. We are the tenants and are doing our landlord a favor by finding a new tenant for when we move out. The landlord is nice and fair, not a bad person at all. Rental conditions are standard for Dubai: 5% refundable security deposit, 5% fee, rent is Protected content two checks.

The apartment will be ready in mid-April. You need to provide a deposit to secure the apartment. We will not hold the apartment without a deposit.
