Job Description:

The Department Coordinator cum Receptionist is responsible for answering and directing incoming calls, greeting and assisting all customers and guests. The position is also responsible for performing clerical functions in order to optimize workflow procedures in the office. You will assist colleagues and executives by supporting them with planning and distributing information. You will be the point of reference for all queries, requests or issues and will be an integral part of the company’s workforce.

Responsibilities:

**The Department Coordinator cum Receptionist generally providing administrative support to all departments
**Manage the front office by directing all visitors, vendors, clients, therefore responsible for the company image and also ensures the smooth running of the office area while performing vigilant role with some knowledge and maintaining professional standards
**Answering telephone calls, inquiries and interact with clients at first level
**Directs visitors by escalating it to concerned department.
**Data entry and other relevant paperwork and maintaining of records
**Sort incoming mail for distribution to appropriate personnel
**Organize staff meetings and executive calendars
**Taking care of courier, letters or any sensitive documents
**Liaison with the HR Department in payroll services by providing attendance information
**Process paperwork for employees
**Keeps office clean and organized to promote an efficient working environment
**Orders and maintains office supplies as needed
**Oversee custodial staff in order to ensure proper cleanliness and sanitization of the premises
**Any other assignments, responsibilities or tasks assigned by the line manager time to time

Education, Skills and Experience:

**A Bachelor’s Degree in Administration and related field is desirable
**Minimum 3-5years of experience in the same field
**Excellent written and verbal communication skills
**A strong and pleasing personality
**Have strong ability of multitasking and can manage the time effectively
**Well conversant with Microsoft Office and any other related application
**Strong organizational skills with good attention to detail
