IT End User Support (Bilingual) for Qatar/Dubai opening – 3/4 yrs experience

Professional and proactive approach in resolving End User issues
Perform operations based on documented standard procedures
Should be an active Team Player across various IT domains
ITIL v3 certification, not mandatory
Good on remote monitoring tool
Basic skills on network / LAN / IP / DNS
Support the following technologies: Windows 7/8, Mac Pro, MS Office, Internet Explorer, Dell/Lenovo/Apple Laptops & Desktop, Printers, Basic LAN /WAN connectivity, Wi-Fi Configuration, Application Software Configuration, VOIP Phone, Asset Management and others as assigned
Should be able to communicate in Arabic language (mandatory) along with English proficiency
