Duties & Responsibilities:
1- Attend all telephone calls
2- Booking Tickets & Hotels
3- Receiving documents and distributing to concerned people
4- Monitoring staff duty timing & prepare monthly attendance report
5- Maintain the proper arrangement of the showroom and ensure cleanliness.
6- Assist in preparing presentations and sales reports.
7- Follow up with PRO for all documentation and government works.
8- Calculate all branch expenses and prepare monthly report
9- Upload all expenses details in the system and apply for reimbursement.
10- Maintain daily necessities
11- Co-ordinate with hotels for events
12- Manage the free samples stock and gifts.
13- Arrange outdoor activities for internal staff when required.
14- Manage the conference room according to meeting scheduleand ensure all required materials are set.
15- Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.
