- Protected content command of oral and written English (Meeting, Negotiation, Presentation and Documentation)
- Protected content in participating in/leading development(s) of real estate projects; especially in Hotel Business Development
- Protected content in financial feasibility analysis for real estate developments (e.g. residential, office, retails and hotel.)
- Protected content to build up pro-forma cash flow for real estate projects
- Protected content in negotiation with financial institute to arrange construction financing
- Protected content in architectural designing and ability to understand construction drawing
- Protected content in estimation for new constructions
- Protected content graduated (Overseas Education - MBA/ Hotel Protected content / Construction related degree or Overseas project experience highly preferred)
- Protected content and creative work attitude with proven loyalty
- Protected content level understanding of strategic thinking & communications
- Protected content of new business modeling and financial analysis

- Protected content strategic business intelligence. Undertakes market analysis, regular market monitoring, competitor data analysis, demographic and economic profiling to assist and advise the company to identify opportunities for development.
- Protected content and administer a development database that includes client and prospect information and analysis of competition and performance metrics.
- Protected content financial and economic models that support the assessment and underlying valuation of potential opportunities. These models will include market sizing, Pro-forma cash flow as well as additional financial analysis as appropriate.
- Protected content with designing firm for architectural design development and control quotation company to estimate the appropriate construction costs.
- Protected content financial structure that fits new development and support financial division to secure construction loan.
- Protected content in both quality assurance and risk management activities to ensure project deliverables are met.
- Protected content new opportunities in terms of income potential and mission fit and prepare financial reports, create cash management strategies and direct investment activities.
- Protected content to have broad strategic perspective to tactical implementation and translate thoughts into numbers and actionable plans.
- Protected content or assists with the creation of all phases of a business case (e.g. market analysis, value proposition, strategic fit, economic models and launch) to support a new initiative.
- Protected content Chief Executive Officer and Team Leader in the negotiation of potential acquisitions and partnerships.
