Sales Head - Luxury - Watches & Eyewear (Dubai)
A minimum of Protected content of related experience in luxury and lifestyle
segment in a very broad spectrum of products and business environments.
Preferably with experience in distribution and retail of wrist watches, fashion and fine jewelry related products and brands across geographic territories.
Problem-solving and analytical skills to interpret sales performance and
market trend information.
Proven ability to motivate and lead the sales team.
Experience in developing marketing and sales strategies.
Head of Sales have to make decisions that affect the company. Having the ability to make hard and fast decisions is crucial to success.
Ability to influence and gain commitment at all organizational levels.
