Seeking Female Secretary/Coordinator (Dubai)

Job Description:

Our busy office is currently accepting applications to fill the role of Secretary/Coordinator within our Design Department. The successful candidate will perform skilled clerical work, and provide general secretarial support. This position is ideal for someone who is motivated, able to prioritize work assignments as they come in, and capable of working without supervision.


- Diploma or Bachelors Degree with 6 years Minimum experience
- Proven Experience as Secretary and Coordinator
- Excellent Organization and Time Management Skills
- Excellent English communication
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook)
- UAE/Gulf Experience
- Must be residing in the UAE


- Assist in planning meetings, appointments, etc
- Receive, Screen telephone calls and direct them accordingly
- Be able to take meeting minutes
- Make travel arrangements
- Filing and Document Management
- Perform administrative tasks
- Research tasks
- Drafting emails, letters, memos and other documents such as Powerpoint presentations
- Maintain Manager's calendar
- More job duties will be assigned

Good to have but not required:

- Previously worked in Steel or Manufacturing industries
- Can read AutoCAD drawings
- Multi-Lingual including Arabic
