Responsibilities and Achievements:
1.Quality monitor and assurance for new project from ti's phased in to mass production,involved into DFMEA,PFMEA ,critical process definition and safety audit pre-detect any potential quality risk at the earliest period.
2.Prodution online quality control including pre-process,through QC test result to monitor and control final product quality, deal with daily quality issues found online.
3.Incoming quality control,through sampling test to monitor incoming parts quality and suppliers quality control status,and perform supplier audit periodically to make sure it constantly improvement.
4.Customer acceptance lab test analysis,through final product sampling test to monitor its quality,and analyze any quality defect to dig out root cause then take effective action in time.
5.Retrieve service call data from database,associated with IQC,PQC and OQC data to perform total analysis and find any improvement opportunity in design process and supplier to upgrade customer satisfaction.
6.Approbation: To fulfill related standards and approbation requirements,perform first piece,100% and sampling inspection,accept periodical audit from TUV,UL and CCC etc.
7.Report to top management with all inspection and test record,as well as corresponding master plan for quality improvement, and make sure all action to be executed cross-functionally.finally proved by field feedback.
