II, General requirements
Applicants should be aged between Protected content , with health certificate and Teacher Certification from any country of the three below: the United States, Britain and Canada. Candidates should have educational or teaching experience and with no criminal record.
III, Specific requirements
1、Ordinary Teacher
1)English as mother language
2)Held Primary Teacher Certification
3)Bachelor degree or above
4)2 years relevant work experience.

2、Backbone Teacher
1) English as mother language
2) Held Permanent Teacher Certification
3) Bachelor degree or above
Protected content relevant work experience.

3、Management consultant for schools in Shenzhen
1)Master degree or above
2)Held Permanent Teacher Certification, with 10 years teaching experience
3)Held principal qualification certificate, with corresponding experience in school management.

IV, Tasks
1、Ordinary Teacher
1)Teach in one subject and social activities
2)Assist the school to organize large-scale activities (such as English contest, festival parties, open class, etc.)
3)Participate in relevant meetings and teaching and research activities held by school
4)Other work or activities in contract.

2、Backbone Teacher
1)Guide and coordinate with ordinary teachers’ work
2)Finish work as an ordinary teacher (see the four tasks above)

3、Management consultant for schools in Shenzhen
Assist the Principal to carry out specific work for the internationalization of education.

V, Employment term and work treatment
One year contract from August 23, Protected content August 22, Protected content . At the end of the employment, the two sides can renew the contract if willingly.
A labor agreement will be signed when formally employed. We will help to apply for the work (Z) visa, foreign expert certificate and residence permit. National social security treatment is provided, also will be paid during winter and summer vacation.
Salary includes direct salary and indirect compensations. Direct salary as follows: ordinary teacher’s annual salary is 126,000 yuan (before tax, RMB), backbone teacher’s is 300,000 yuan, and the principal assistant’s is 600,000 yuan. Indirect compensations, to provide basic living services, include accommodation, water and electricity, network, communication, transportation to and from China, and other.
