Develop and implement Regional strategic sales plans to accommodate corporate goals
Direct Area sales forecasting activities and set performance goals accordingly
Analyze and control Area Gross Margins to conform to budgetary requirements
Lead teams in monitoring competitor products, sales and marketing activities
Establish and maintain relationships with industry influencers and key strategic partners
Coach sales teams in maintaining relationships and negotiating and closing deals
Prepare periodic sales pipeline reports showing sales volume and potential sales

Job description
Implement the developed strategies for Lubricants sales for customers in assigned Regions of KSA and profitably grow and sustain the business in respective region by incorporating the company business plan and objectives
Responsible for implementing and achieving plan target as assigned (NOI,OEAT and ROCE) Drive towards having all customers/products at positive NOI by effective management of customers. Constantly monitor the customer’s financial performance ensuring that credit limits are managed as per company policy and collection efficiency targets set by Yearly Business Plan are met

Responsible for fulfilling volume, GM, revenue commitments as per assigned targets
Responsible for submitting a forecast based on customer feedback and demand
Responsible for working on implemented measures to reduce Old & Slow inventories
Responsible for ensuring all customers are operating within the assigned credit limits and collection of over dues is made on time
Responsible for implementing follow up on execution of customers’ orders received by phone, email, fax etc. by preparing the required delivery notes and coordinating with supply chain to insure delivery as per commitments given to customers.
Responsible for raising Quotes/ Subsequent Customer Orders as per the requirement and ensuring the execution of same is done on time
Responsible for Retaining and Further developing customer relationship in region, either directly or in conjunction with the Regional Manager though direct face to face meetings
Aggressively search the market for new potential which could further grow the business.
Meeting corporate and legislated HES/OE requirements, ensuring all tasks are executed in full compliance within policies by operating within laws of KSA and ensuring all safety measures are in place aligned to company safety standards.
Committed adherence to Compliance Procedures, Guidelines, Business Conduct & Ethics Code.
Ensure compliance with in-country statutory requirements
