Job-TRILINGUAL EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT IN MIRAFLORES (Lima)
We are searching for an:
Primary Function / Position Summary:
A global, event agency is seeking a trilingual Executive Assistant to support our Director, and be responsible for a variety of administrative duties.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Provides administrative support to our Director
Manages calendar, coordinates appointments and prepares agendas
Must work efficiently in Fast paced environment
Must be detail oriented
Reviews materials and provides the information needed in advance of meetings
Arranges and coordinates travel schedules and reservations
Flexible work schedule
Must demonstrate the ability to work well independently and exercise good judgment
Pro-active, self-starter able to prioritize and multitask
Reviews, proofreads and formats correspondences (Spanish to Italian/English to Italian and vice versa ) to ensure accuracy
Is capable of interpretation
Handles personal errands and other miscellaneous tasks
Qualifications / Specific Skill Requirements:
High School degree required, Associate’s preferred.
Must have at least 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Italian, English and Spanish.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.
Applicant must be exceedingly well organized, detail oriented, and flexible
High energy, poised and professional demeanor.
Must be able to keep information confidential.
