Recruiting: HR Analytics in Linz

The Challenge
Ownership of monthly, quarterly, annual, and ad hoc reporting of HR figures and KPIs
Control the quality of data in our source systems and propose solutions to ensure accuracy
Improving HR report automation with the support of our business intelligence team
Develop and interpret reports which identify workforce trends and challenges, proposing action points
Act as a consultant to HR Business Partners and leadership team to support business decisions
Driving the reporting function to be proactive and predictive

Your Profile
Degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Human Resources, or a related field
At least 5 years' experience in a analytics role
Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially excel, including macros, pivot tables, and experience compiling multiple data sources
Experience with QlikSense or a similar BI software
Proven ability to not only produce but interpret reports and apply to the business context
Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive results
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail
English is a must, German is beneficial
Team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
