The flat is currently rented at £950 per month, which has been the rent for the past several years. The rent is INCLUSIVE of Council Tax, water, heating and electricity (A TV licence is also covered). We have no intention of increasing the rent unless compelled by increasing costs.
Broadband, phone and TV connections vary according to tenant preferences and tastes and is a personal cost depending on the services you may require. Previous tenants have installed Virgin broadband, TV and phone packages.

There is parking for one car on the premises. The flat is 5 minutes walking to the Botley shopping centre from where several buses into Oxford (and the railway station) take less than 10 minutes.
