Spacious Double Bed Room (furnished) in Central Flat Protected content . walking distance to Waterloo Station, 10 mins. to Tate Modern

We are a 25-year-old Swedish account manager and a 28-year-old German lawyer (one male, one female). We are looking for an easy-going third flatmate from the 24th of April until the end of August / early September Protected content . The rent is £220 per week incl. all bills, taxes and cleaner.

We are offering a spacious double bedroom Protected content feet, furnished, non-smoking). Our very central, unique and friendly house, divided over two floors, benefits from a large kitchen and separate living room, a bathroom with both a bathtub and shower, a laundry room with extra toilet and a big patio.

The room itself is very spacious and light with two double-glazed windows and has a lot of usable space as the bed is on a platform under the ceiling. The bed itself comfortably sleeps two adults (new mattress, 140cm width, 195cm length) and there is enough headroom to comfortably move around.
The room also features two very big built-in wardrobes, a desk, a coffee table and a hi-fi system.

Located on “The Cut” (SE1), a recently revamped street with two theatres (Old Vic – Artistic Director: Kevin Spacey) and numerous restaurants, this quirky flat couldn’t be any more central – it is a 2 minutes walk away from Southwark Tube (Jubilee Line) and 5 minutes away from Waterloo Station (Northern, Bakerloo and Jubilee Line, Main Line Trains).
The flat has a fireplace, huge gas oven, regular cleaner as well as all mod cons (TV, Freeview, wireless broadband, dryer and washing machine etc).
