Job opportunity in Miami - OFFICE MANAGER

Description: Seeking an Office Manager for a creative marketing firm.

The Office Manager will be responsible for maintaining the books, payroll, A/P, A/R, sales tax, job tracking, and all administrative duties.

The Office Manager will be professional, have a solid job history, excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Required Bachelors Degree and Excel and Quickbooks expertise is a must.

Marketing traffic experience or working at an advertising agency is preferred.

Hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm

Salary $40,000 annual
