- Be fluent in our website, product pricing/licensing model, competitors' solutions - Communicating with customers and resellers via telephone & email - Create price quotes and invoices - Process sales orders - Pursue sales leads and pending orders (commission based on new accounts you close!) - Update customer & reseller data in Salesforce - Send periodic mass emails via MailChimp - Updating social media sites with new product updates (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter) - Edit technical product documentation
